At Berlin Meditation, we don't just offer you relaxation or stress relief. We guide you on a journey that helps you to break through the limits of everyday thinking and repetitive thought loops and discover a deeper truth – an awareness that goes far beyond the individual mind and is one with the infinite universe. This transformation can empower your life in ways that bring long-term happiness and a new quality of being. Our program includes:

• A step-by-step meditation method that guides you from limitation to clarity

• Personal authentic coaching to help you achieve deep change

Daily live meditation options, online or on-site, so you can grow continuously

Our goal is to help you let go of the so-called “picture mind” – the repetitive patterns and thought patterns – and find an awareness that is free and alive. We offer up to five guided meditation sessions a day, accompanied by individual support to help you on your journey to eternal living awareness. Our membership is flexible and can be canceled monthly.

Die Methode wirkt! Mehr gibt es eigentlich nicht zu sagen... :-)
Die Mediationslehrer*innen sind sehr engagiert, freundlich und aufmerksam.
Zoommeditation und offline Meditationen sind möglich. Jede Woche habe ich eine halbe Stunde Einzelgespräch mit meiner Lehrerin. Das hilft mir sehr, dran zu bleiben. Ich bin seit November 2020 fast täglich dabei. Die Methode wirkt!
